Master's in History Overview

Students in the Master's program in history at ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ are challenged with a broad and deep curriculum that can prepare them for careers either in academia or in non-academic settings, including government, nonprofit organizations, educational organizations or business.

The graduate program in history at ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ provides students with the opportunity to develop expertise in any number of areas, though current faculty strength focuses on 9th and 20th century US history; Latin American, Caribbean, African and Atlantic African-Diaspora history; British, French, and Spanish Atlantic World Empires; and African-American history.
