Emergency Information
ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½Íøվ’s emergency planning measures help ensure our campus is as safe as possible, and our response to emergency scenarios of all types is thoughtful, collaborative and efficient.
ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ is committed to maintaining a campus environment in which no member of the community is subject to sexual assault, harassment, gender violence, dating/domestic violence and sexual misconduct.
Alcohol Awareness and Harm Reduction Initiatives
ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ strives to cultivate and sustain a healthy and safe environment that minimizes high-risk drinking through education, policy evaluation, assessment and other initiatives to ensure students thrive socially and academically.
ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ actively works with organizations, clubs, teams and other campus groups to raise awareness, engage in conversations and prevent hazing.
ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ EMS
, staffed by volunteer students, faculty and staff, is a fully licensed response unit that provides basic life support services 24/7 when classes are in session.
Campus Dietician
provides students with healthy menu options and help in selecting well-balanced meals, snacks and desserts. Support for those with special dietary management needs is also available.
Disability Services
works closely with students to ensure equal access to ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ programs, activities and services. Aid in requesting accommodations to address specific needs is provided.

ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ After Dark (LAD) provides a variety of social options as alternatives to alcohol. Events include weekly trivia nights, athletic challenges, open mic nights, comedy shows and a boardwalk carnival.

Joining more than 2,000 colleges and universities across the country, ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ became a tobacco-free and smoke-free campus in August 2021.

ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½Íøվ’s Taylor Gym offers a wide variety of fitness and wellness programs for the ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ community, including classes taught by professional instructors. Classes range from circuit training to small group HIIT training, yoga & meditation, nutritional classes and more.

In striving to provide a safe environment for students while furthering ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½Íøվ’s partnership with the City of Bethlehem, the University donated a police horse named Asa to the Friends of the Bethlehem Police Mounted Foundation to aid in patrols.
