Admitted Student On-Campus & Virtual Events

On-Campus Events

ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Fest - April 12 and April 26, 2025

Immerse yourself in life at ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ with a program specific to your college of admission! The day will include sessions on academic opportunities, a look at student life experiences on campus, and personal interactions with current ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ students, faculty and staff. Registration is now open below.

If you’re driving to ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Fest, free parking is available in several locations around campus including the Zoellner Arts Center Parking Garage (levels 1–4), Alumni Memorial Parking Garage and Farrington Square Parking Garage. Spaces are limited, and we encourage you to arrive early. If you arrive later than 9:15 a.m., please check in at the Alumni Memorial Building.

Admitted Student Events

On select Mondays and Fridays throughout April we will be offering special on-campus Admitted Student Events. During this visit, you’ll have opportunities to attend an admitted student information session, ask questions during a student panel, interact with faculty and staff members from various offices across campus, get advice during financial aid office walk-in hours and go on a guided campus tour.

On-Campus Information Sessions and Tours

We encourage admitted students to visit campus anytime for an . Here, you’ll have the chance to hear from admissions counselors and current students to learn about academics, unique opportunities and student life at ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾.

  • Weekdays during Business Hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)
    A limited number of free visitor parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis in the designated spaces on the lower levels of the Alumni Memorial Parking Garage, adjacent to the Alumni Memorial Building. Additional parking is available at the metered spaces on level 1 of the Alumni Memorial Parking Garage, on adjacent city side streets and in public parking garages. Please note, some parking may require a fee or meter payment.
  • Weekends and After Business Hours (after 5 p.m.)
    In addition to the limited free visitor parking in the designated spaces on the lower levels of the Alumni Memorial Parking Garage, spaces on levels 2-6 of the garage are available at a cost. If you park on levels 2-6, parking must be paid at the start of your visit. Parking rates are $1/hour plus a one time $.25 service fee per parking session. If you extend your time, there will be no additional service fee.
  • You have two options to pay for parking:
    • Text LU11 to 25023. You will receive a link to enter your license plate number, amount of time you want to park and payment information. You will receive a text message 15 minutes before your time expires with a link to add more time. Alternatively, you can reopen the webpage where you originally paid to add more time as well.
    • Scan the QR code on the signs located near the stairs and elevator in the garage or visit . Enter your license plate number, amount of time you want to park and payment information. If you would like to receive a text message 15 minutes before your time expires, you must create an account and add your phone number.
    • Parking in any other area on campus will result in your vehicle being ticketed.

The Formula SAE, Baja, and Steel Bridge Club talk about projects and competitions. All students from all majors welcome!

Forces in 3D space surround us! Imagine things like...a chair, a door, or even a bridge. The analysis and calculation of forces in 3D space is critical to designing physical objects. Learn a little more about how we do this in engineering with Professor Christina Haden.

Join us to learn more about ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾'s Western Regional Office and ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾@NasdaqCenter located in our other home of San Francisco. Here students can engage in immersive experiences, internships, job placement and more throughout the west coast!

In the College of Health Student Panel, several current ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ students will introduce themselves, share their stories about life on campus, and answer questions from prospective students and families. Inquiry-based, hands-on learning places students at the center of the knowledge discovery and construction processes. Join Khanjan Mehta, Vice Provost for Creative Inquiry and Director of the Mountaintop Initiative, and Bill Whitney, Administrative Director, Creative Inquiry and Adjunct Professor of Theatre, as they discuss their work in Creative Inquiry and the Mountaintop Initiative.

Join Rossin College students as they share stories about classes, research and life on campus. They will also answer questions from prospective students and families so bring your questions!

The transition to college is a family affair and this panel will feature current parents of ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ students. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions and hear about the ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ experience from the parent perspective.

The RARE program is a unique opportunity for students interested in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Program directors, Dr. Neal Simon and Dr. Vassie Ware, will share about the application process and key elements of the program such as integrating extensive research engagement in team settings, connection to support services from various campus offices and intensive mentoring.

Gain a global perspective with study abroad, internships, research and community service abroad! Join Katie Radande, Director of Study Abroad, as she answers questions about international experiences including the Iacocca International Internship Program.

ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ was just the sixth university designated a non-governmental organization by the United Nations which gives students distinctive access to the world's largest international body. Learn more about opportunities to engage with the UN on campus and in New York City.

The Counseling and Psychological Services and the HWC provides students with high quality, compassionate medical care, and services that respect individual differences in a confidential environment.
