Use this step-by-step checklist to keep track of all the things you need to do―from ordering regalia to confirming your participation in the upcoming in-person ceremony, this list has you covered.

Class of 2025 Graduation Checklist

    Get your official ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Brown & White regalia.
  • â–¡
    Sign up for a portrait session now (last day of sittings is Thursday, April 10) to be featured in ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾'s official yearbook, the Epitome.
  • â–¡
    Must complete to receive your ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ degree and participate in the ceremony.
  • â–¡
    To walk the stage and hear your name read, you will need to RSVP.
  • â–¡Pick Up Your Cap and Gown at Senior Salute Day - May 1
    Stop by Grace Hall to pick up your cap and gown during Senior Salute Day on May 1 from 9am-5pm. Alumni Relations in partnership with The ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Store will be hosting a special day dedicated to all Seniors which includes, free food, photo booth, and more! If you happen to miss this event, you may stop by The ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Store beginning May 2 to pick up your cap and gown during .
  • â–¡Get Your Stage Pass - available starting the week of May 5
    You must have this with you when you check-in for your ceremony.
  • â–¡Complete the Commencement Photo registration form - by May 16
    • If you plan to purchase your professional ceremony photos following graduation, make sure to complete the registration form to get your proofs sent to you directly. (Forms: and )

  • â–¡Walk the Stage in Goodman Stadium

    • Graduate Students in-person ceremony - Saturday, May 17
    • Undergraduate Students in-person ceremony - Sunday, May 18
