Veterans Education Benefits

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs administers benefits which provide educational assistance to service members, veterans and their dependents. ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ accepts and certifies payments through the GI Bill®; however, we do not determine eligibility for these types of benefits. There are several chapters of GI Bill® benefits—it is the student and family’s responsibility to confirm their eligibility through the Department of Veterans Affairs. For the most comprehensive description, eligibility requirements and benefit information, please visit the .

Admitted undergraduate students will receive notification of this award at the time of admission.

Newly admitted graduate students should notify the Office of Financial Aid of their anticipated eligibility for Veteran’s Benefits.

If the student is admitted to ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾, they will need to submit a copy of the from the VA that confirms the benefit type. As long as this Certificate of Eligibility is received, the Office of Financial Aid will complete the certification of benefits through the Enrollment Manager website. Certifications are completed after the 10th day of classes for each semester.

GI Bill® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government website at .

Yellow Ribbon Program

ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ is a proud participant in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which provides funding to cover tuition and fee charges that are not covered by the Post-911 G.I. Bill (Chapter 33) Benefits.

The VA will match ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½Íøվ’s Yellow Ribbon Program funding.

ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ Yellow Ribbon is available to all undergraduate students who are eligible and will cover the remainder of the tuition that the Post – 9/11 GI Bill does not cover.
